Great question! I don't think that blending physical and digital experiences and/or adopting Web 3.0 is needed to elevate the customer experience across all industries or consumer audiences.
Sometimes consumers just want to buy the best product/service in the fastest way in their preferred way. I would start identifying clear pain points in the industry and understand if Web3 technology and related novel technology can help solve these problems. I would love to see industries such as Utilities, and Telecomss trying out Web3.0 to solve or elevatethe customer experience for example.
