One of the perks of staying in Cornwall is that I have the privilege to buy from local and independent businesses that pride themselves on providing local products and services and superb customer service.
Kaupeka, for example, is a pop-up food truck that offers authentic and flavourful plates with all ingredients sourced from local and sustainable suppliers — and I have spent many of my Sunday’s brunching and enjoying the eclectic menu. The business pivoted during the final UK lockdown when the founder, Oli, created and delivered over 300 three-course dining experiences right to people’s front doors.
